Framed Oil Painting of Union City, NJ 1940s

Inspiration for this little painting comes from a group of friends from a Facebook Union City group... :) I consider myself a portrait artist when it comes to painting, but did this for the pleasure of it.

This is Union City, NJ back in the 1940s...32nd St. and Bergenline Ave., in all its urban glory. Those of us from this town have sweet, sweet memories. This painting is dedicated to all whose heart still yearns for their hometown. It measures 11.25" x 7.75", and comes in an antique style, heavy victorian wood and gesso frame.
